Apprehension in the US for Bill Clinton, who is hospitalized in intensive care at the Irvine Medical Center of the University of California.
The staff of the former American president - 75 years old - denied that the hospitalization was due to Covid-19 or heart problems. Instead, it would be a suspected "blood infection".

According to CNN, the former White House number one has a urinary tract infection, which will be treated with antibiotics.
The former president - who according to hospital doctors "is in a good mood and jokes with health workers" - should stay in the hospital for a few days as a precaution.
