The U.S. Court of Appeals restores the Biden administration's weekly vaccine or testing requirement for companies with 100+ employees beginning January 4.
The measure decided by the US administration was blocked from November 6, or the day after its official formalization.
According to the Court of the Sixth Circuit which issued the sentence, a delay in the implementation of the rule could entail high costs.
Meanwhile, several Marines have been discharged following their refusal to vaccinate. The United States Marine Corps have sent home 103 of them. About 95% of the marines on duty are vaccinated, but the US military is still evaluating the various requests for exemptions received.
