US President Joe Biden is visiting Israel , at the height of the conflict between the Jewish State and Hamas and with the world still in shock over the massacre at the hospital in Gaza .

The agenda of Washington's number one is busy after landing in Tel Aviv: the meeting with Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, the meeting of the War Cabinet and the meeting with the families of the victims of the Hamas attacks in the territory of the Jewish State .

Biden had planned to extend the visit to other countries in the area, but the hospital massacre - of which Hamas accuses Israel - forced him to review the plans, not without embarrassment.

«Just as the world united to defeat Nazism and united to defeat ISIS, we must be united to defeat Hamas . Israel is united to defeat Hamas,” Netanyahu said as he received the American president.

“America mourns with you and is crying with you,” was Biden's message during his conversation with the Israeli prime minister.

Adding: "We must keep in mind that Hamas - which has committed horrors worse than those of ISIS - does not represent all the Palestinian people, who have always endured suffering."

The anger that Israel feels after the October 7 attack - he continued - is "the same that the United States felt after September 11th". But precisely because of that anger "the United States made mistakes after September 11th."
