The shocking story, denounced by Amnesty International , took place in Iran .
The victim is Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old girl , arbitrarily detained - explains the human rights association - "by the so-called police of morality ".
In prison she was also subjected to torture , ending up in a coma. Then the death.
About the incident - which triggered bitter protests - Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that the Tehran government has asked the Interior Ministry to open an investigation .

"We are deeply concerned about the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was beaten in custody by the morality police. Her death is unforgivable . We will continue to hold Iranian officials accountable for these human rights abuses," said Jake Sullivan , the security adviser. National White House.
