New initiatives in Isili, Nurri and Genoni to say no to energy speculation which puts the Sardinian landscape at risk.

The Sarcidano area does not want to leave any stone unturned to fight the assault of the "lords of the wind", determined to disfigure the island with their wind turbines. Thus, yesterday the area hosted two demonstrations with an ancient flavor to reiterate the "no".

In the morning, in front of the nuraghe of Nurri there was the "March of the ancestors"; in the afternoon, the Is Paras nuraghe of Isili hosted a movie mob, characterized by many particular moments and culminating with the embrace of the dozens of participants in the monument.

A moment, that of yesterday, which will not remain an end in itself: during the event many images were shot which will be used to make a video (destined to go around the world). «A video», explained Antonella Puddu, creator of the event, «which, therefore, will have subtitles understandable to everyone. With this initiative we want to express our protection towards Is Paras which is a symbol of all Sardinian sites but also our freedom and our joy". During the event the tenores of Orosei sang the quatrains written by the poet Bruno Augus and those present did a Sardinian dance around the nuraghe.

Journalist Sigfrido Ranucci is also launching appeals at a national level: «Sardinia must not fall into the trap of false renewables», he says.

And meanwhile the president of the Region, Alessandra Todde, argues about the role of information. The publisher of the L'Unione Sarda Group Sergio Zuncheddu replies: «Let's defend Sardinia».
