There are eight provisions by Daspo sporting issued by the commissioner of Sassari Claudio Sanfilippo against as many fans of Olbia and Torres .

They are held responsible for the riots that occurred on the afternoon of 5 October 2022 at Nespoli , during the first leg, and on the afternoon of 23 October 2022 at Vanni Sanna for the second leg, between the formations of Torres Calcio and Olbia Calcio.

Both groups of supporters are accused of active participation in episodes of violence, threats and intimidation . During the first leg, a group of Olbia fans, before reaching the entrance to the "Curva Mare", attempted a physical confrontation with the away team's supporters , which was immediately blocked by the police. Immediately afterwards, the same group regrouped and entered the stadium forcing the security gates.

In the second leg, upon their arrival, the group of Olbia supporters, having reached the access gates to the Vanni Sanna guest curve, launched several smoke bombs in the direction of the stadium entrance . Shortly after the start of the race, they displayed a large banner with offensive phrases, which was later removed . At the end of the match, a group of Torres fans joined those of the away team, armed with belts with metal buckles .

The addressees of the provisions are four young ultras from Olbia Calcio , aged between 20 and 26, all residing between Olbia and the hinterland, who cannot enter the stadium for a year ; two more fans for three years and one last supporter, in the past already subjected to another Daspo of the Quaestor of Frosinone, for the duration of six years . Other Daspos were then issued against four Torres Calcio supporters , aged between 20 and 40, all residing in Sassari. For three of them the measure lasts for three years and for the last, repeat offender, for seven years .
