Villaputzu, Sunday the grand closing of the carnival in memory of Ale Massessi

Sunday 9 March in Villaputzu the grand closing of the Sarrabus carnival with allegorical floats, masks, music and zeppole.
The start is at 4 pm with the parade in via Nazionale and then, to follow, a DJ set in piazza Leonardo Da Vinci. Also in the square, the best floats will be awarded (800 euros for the first, 600 euros for the second and 400 for the third) and the walking groups. Prizes will also be given for the most beautiful and the funniest mask.
The event, organized by the Pro Loco with the patronage of the Municipality, is dedicated to the memory of Ale Massessi, the DJ from Villaputzu who passed away in November 2021 and who organized the carnival every year with infinite passion and so much energy.
