Covid is still scary even in Villaputzu.

The municipal administration, in agreement with the public health service and the USCA, is constantly monitoring the situation after some positive cases found in the lower secondary school. Usca carried out the first molecular tests. Some of these confirmed the positivity found with the rapid swab.

A mass screening is now being prepared to be carried out, again with molecular tests, presumably on Tuesday or Wednesday.

All interested parties will be promptly informed as soon as the modalities are defined.

“N awaiting the results of the screening, which we hope will be comforting, in agreement with the school administrators of the area - says Mayor Sandro Porcu - tomorrow and Tuesday our schools of all levels will suspend lessons in presence. The first date, scheduled for December 8, of the Christmas markets has also been postponed ”.
