Urzulei, accident with the Ducati Multistrada: motorcyclist in hospital

Accident on provincial road 56, just outside Urzulei. A Ducati Multistrada , driven by a man resident in Rome, left the roadway and the motorcyclist was thrown from the vehicle, ending up disastrously on land close to the roadway.

The incident happened around 10.30am today.

According to an initial reconstruction of the incident , the centaur, who was part of a caravan of friends, lost control after falling ill . The 118 personnel and the Tortolì fire brigade teams intervened on site.

The man was transported, in code yellow, to Lanusei hospital aboard a medical ambulance. It will be subjected to appropriate investigations.
