The Carabinieri of the Sassari labor inspectorate suspended the business activity of the owner of the coastal business and imposed administrative sanctions and fines of over 11,500 euros .

Inspections revealed that one in three workers in the café was undeclared , meaning they did not have a regular employment contract. This violation led to the suspension of the business.

Furthermore, the Carabinieri also found a serious violation of health and safety in the workplace because the cafeteria did not have a risk assessment document .
