Two boats adrift in Cannesisa and Baccu Mandara: the occupants save themselves

Scary night at sea in Cannesisa, on the coast of Torre delle Stelle, and Baccu Mandara, on the coast of Maracalagonis .

The emergency ended very late at night when the owners of the two beached boats communicated with the Harbor Master's Office: the sailboat and the seven-meter cabin cruiser were probably anchored after the difficulties encountered during navigation, while the occupants probably they reached the shore aboard rubber boats .

The two boats then ended up adrift beaching at Torre delle Stelle and Baccu Mandara. In the meantime, it seems after the alarm of some people who noticed the boats almost on the shore, the Fire Brigade, the Coast Guard and the Harbor Master had started the searches at sea fearing the worst.

The area was brightly lit, no trace of people was found on board The sailboat ran aground a few meters from the Cannesisa beach in Torre delle Stelle. The seven-meter cabin cruiser in a cove of Baccu Mandara , on the coast of Maracalagonis, a few hundred meters away from each other. The latter then ended up on the beach, pushed by the waves, while the sailboat is a few meters from the shore.
