Natale Canu, the pharmacist from Tortolì hospitalized since last night after being wounded by two pistol shots during the robbery that took place in his parapharmacy in via Sindaco Contu, remains hospitalized in the surgery department of the Lanusei hospital.

Between yesterday night and this morning, the health personnel subjected the 72-year-old pharmacist-entrepreneur to a series of checks to evaluate, in addition to the gunshot wound, also the extent of the bruising on the head, where the man was repeatedly hit with the butt of the 7.65 pistol held by one of the robbers.

Canu's conditions are judged to be good. The patient is still in shock from what happened, but has always remained alert and conscious even after being hit by bullets.

Meanwhile, the investigation continues to trace the identity of the bandits. They are taken care of by the agents of the Tortolì police station, directed by Fabrizio Figliola and coordinated by the deputy prosecutor of Lanusei, Giovanna Morra.

The hypotheses of crime range from attempted murder to aggravated robbery and personal injury.
