For one year a young person from Girasole will have to respect the urban Daspo issued by the commissioner of Nuoro, Alfonso Polverino, and for the established period he will not be able to access public establishments for the administration of alcoholic beverages, including take-away, within the Municipality of Tortolì and in the seasonal premises of the municipal coast up to the border with Bari Sardo.

In recent days, the boy, together with other peers, had become the protagonist of riots and resistance to a public official and in the past he had already received an oral warning.

This is the first measure of this kind in Ogliastra.

Violation of the provision will result in imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine of between 8,000 and 20,000 euros.
