Despite the order to leave Italy, he remained in our country. Therefore, personnel from the Immigration Office of the Sassari Police Headquarters accompanied a citizen of Nigerian origin to the CPR of Macomer , considered socially dangerous for public order and safety.
The man, who will be expelled, had committed several crimes including threats and sexual violence, for which he had been convicted and taken to prison . After his release in June, he had been notified of an order from the police commissioner to leave Italy within seven days.
Regardless of the order, he remained on the Island : tracked down by the Immigration Office Agents, he was reported for failure to comply with the order. Then taken to Macomer for expulsion.
