Only one person, a 38-year-old from Sassari , tried to steal them while the other, a 59-year-old, also from Sassari, remained outside to act as a lookout . The carabinieri arrived quickly, blocking the two who, today in court, attended the direct hearing.
The elder denied any responsibility while the other admitted it also claiming: " I don't know why I did it ". At the end of the deliberation, judge Monia Adami ordered the two to report to the police. The prosecutor was Antonio Piras, the defense lawyer Massimiliano Tore.
