They occupied the remodeling of a building owned by a 73-year-old businessman in Viale Bonaria in Cagliari.

Two Tunisians, both homeless and according to them seasonal workers, aged 46 and 53 were deferred to a state of freedom for the crime of invasion of land or buildings.

It was the carabinieri of the Villanova station who dealt with the investigations after the lawsuit formalized by the entrepreneur on January 8th.

The two had entered the abandoned building thanks to the space left free by a metal gate partly derailed from the aisles. They had brought some personal effects with them and made two beds to sleep in.

They were removed from the building and the two dogs (one with a microchip and the other without) they were in possession of were momentarily entrusted to the municipal kennel from which they can now request their return.
