At the port of Cagliari there is a red zone: it was established by the Authority led by Massimo Deiana at the request of the Police Headquarters, to "protect" the large ship Usns Carson City of the US Navy from possible anti-militarist incursions, which will remain docked until tomorrow .

The order for the evacuation of the entire Ichnusa pier, with bans on transit and parking that extend up to the building that houses the headquarters of the Captaincy, was signed on March 17 and will be in force "until the need ceases" .
