The episode adds to those that occurred in recent weeks in Baressa, Ales and also in Senis . In the land of almonds , thieves struck twice in the same bar over the course of a fortnight, breaking into the slot machines. In Ales, four rifles and around ten thousand euros had been stolen from a house in recent months, but similar thefts were also recorded in Senis.

All the thefts were immediately reported by the victims, investigations are underway with full-scale investigations. Also because there is a real risk that stolen weapons could end up in the hands of other criminals and then be used to commit robberies and other crimes. One of the hypotheses is that there may be links with gangs from other areas of the island, especially the Nuoro area, and with those specialized in assaulting armored personnel carriers. In the meantime, checks by the carabinieri and the forces of order have also been strengthened in the area.
