«In addition to the paths already traced and cleared», we read in a communication, «Forestas is recovering, with the original construction techniques, the characteristic mountain homes, built with local stone (the ancient pinnettos/barraccòs of Fonni). On the roofs the "scandulas", ancient wooden tiles, better known as túeras, obtained from the sapwood - the external part of the trunk of the oak trees, dry and now perishable».
