Minister Giuseppe Valditara announces in Cagliari, on the sidelines of the Scuola Futura event underway at the Covered Walk: « A total of 502 million euros are earmarked for the Sardinia Region, 326 of these are for school buildings».

The head of Government Education Meloni also spoke about sizing. With an invitation to the Sardinian school: «Do not be afraid, because the schools will remain in their physical place. The children will not have to move. Not only. Today the merged schools are governed by a regent, that is, by a principal who must be divided between two schools, we have inserted the figure of the deputy principal who will instead remain in that school and will be a point of reference for that school".

Closing on the Scuola futuro project: «We also wanted to start the STEM week, that is, the scientific-technological disciplines, right here in Cagliari and within the Scuola Futura project, a very innovative project that involves children in laboratory activities to understand them how physics works, how mathematics works, how chemistry works. In short, start from concrete reality, from examples, from experiments. And we need this to ensure that children become passionate about scientific subjects and, among other things, we also wanted to dedicate particular resources and attention to bridging that gender gap, because we know that unfortunately the involvement of girls in the study of STEM subjects is minor and instead we must encourage this approach of the female gender to STEM subjects".
