The judges of Sassari: Cospito must remain at 41 bis

The judges of the court of northern Sardinia have rejected the request for deferment of the sentence under house arrest presented for serious health reasons by the defense lawyers, Maria Teresa Pintus and Flavio Rossi Albertini.
The anarchist had been transferred from Bancali prison for health reasons, after a long period of hunger strike.
The lawyers had indicated the house of Cospito's sister in Viterbo as the residence for possible house arrest. The judges' decision was notified this morning to the defense pool.
