Luisa Di Lorenzo is the new temporary coordinator of the TaG. At the helm of the CGIL Gallura since 2016, the secretary was unanimously elected by the Table, which met yesterday at the CISL headquarters together with Confcommercio, Confartigianato, Cna, Agci Gallura, Confapi, Confagricoltura, Cgil, Uil.

“The Gallura Associations Table has supported – reads the note – the entrepreneurial initiatives that have guaranteed the territory widespread economic well-being and respect for workers' rights: from the development of the Costa Smeralda hotel system to the growth of the nautical sector; in Olbia, from the establishment of the historic factories of As do Mar and Cerasarda, to the growth of airport and port service companies up to ongoing initiatives such as the Polo for technological innovation, the Zes (Special Economic Zone) and the development of Consortium of the University Pole. The secretary - continues the note - knows, having always personally followed them, the main disputes in Gallura: the serious infrastructural lack, the serious health problems, the chronic lack of certain air and naval connections with the peninsula, the lack of responses from the Region and the State, starting with the failed (re)birth of the Province of Olbia-Tempio or the Province of Gallura".

Alongside the former Air Italy workers and promoter of the most important local disputes, the TaG "reaffirms its willingness to intensify action against local institutions and the governing bodies of the Sardinia Region on all the shared issues in which to best exercise a unitary representation in order to obtain greater recognition of one's role". Actions that scheduled a protest sit-in with respect to the failed construction of the Olbia-Palau-Santa Teresa - a work considered of strategic importance - and will continue with the opening of a focus on air territorial continuity "a topic on which during the meeting - he concludes the note - doubts and perplexities have emerged regarding the airline that won the tender at the Olbia airport".
