He asks for reinstatement in the chair of general manager of the Forestry and payment of the promised reimbursements. Or compensation for damages for having suffered "very serious personal and professional repercussions, property, image and psychophysical health".

It is a formal letter of three pages, but the document sent by the General of the Guardia di Finanza Fabio Migliorati to the President of the Region Christian Solinas and to the Department of General Affairs smacks of a declaration of war .

In April the governor had called him to lead the Forestry Corps, after the torpedoing of the then general manager Antonio Casula, "guilty" of having participated in the infamous Sardara lunch . A fault considered irrelevant by the labor judge, who reinstated him in August. Thus ended the adventure of Migliorati at the head of the rangers. Villa Devoto has opened the door for him, with the role of advisor to the president. It seems he is not satisfied, however. To understand it, just read the text of his letter.

For the regional office, the general was declared in "supernumerary" in the Fiamme Gialle. He speaks of "economic damage, having lost the salary treatment granted for the period of suspension" and of "career damage" in the Guardia di Finanza.

Furthermore, "despite the reassurances expressed to me several times, to date no adequate solutions have been found for the reimbursement of travel expenses incurred up to now".

Hence the request for reinstatement at the top of the Forestry. Otherwise, Migliorati writes to Solinas, it will demand "payment by way of compensation for all damages suffered by its non-fulfillment".
