The assignee dies, a couple occupies the Area apartment: two complaints in Cagliari

A 24-year-old and a 33-year-old, both unemployed, were reported on the loose by the carabinieri of Cagliari, San Bartolomeo station, for invasion of buildings.

The couple, together with their minor daughter, had occupied a social housing apartment in Area taking advantage of the death of the assignee, which took place on 5 February last. The woman's daughter, a resident of Selargius, filed a lawsuit 4 days ago.
