Tertenia, horse tied to a car with a rope and dragged

They tied him by the neck with a rope and made him run next to a car carrying two men. A horse was pulled as if it were a trailer, until the incident was noticed by a Carabinieri patrol during one of their routine patrols.

This happened in recent days in Tertenia, where three people were charged with the crime (in conjunction) of animal cruelty. The suspects included the owner of the twenty-five-year-old horse, the driver, and the passenger of the car who had been assigned to move the animal from one piece of land to another.
