Murder in Orani: Thirty-eight-year-old shot dead

A murder occurred late this evening in the center of Orani, where a man was shot dead in front of his home on Corso Italia.

The victim was Tonino Pireddu, 38, a worker for the waste disposal company. The killer struck while the thirty-eight-year-old was returning home, in a lane off the main road.

The Carabinieri immediately arrived at the scene of the crime.

According to reports, Pireddu's car was set on fire at the beginning of the year.
