Times not respected and no proof of the facts. This is essentially the content of the appeal presented Thursday morning to the Oristano Labor Court by the lawyers of Marisa Francescangeli , the teacher who teaches in three classes of the elementary school of San Vero Milis suspended for twenty days by the provincial school office following several allegations made by three mothers of the third B. Plus the reduction of half the salary.

The lawyers Elisabetta Mameli and Domenico Naso, who took the field on behalf of the Uil union , ask the judge both to annul the provision but also that several witnesses be heard regarding the disputed facts, all based in their opinion on unreliable evidence. There are seventeen pages that the judge will have to examine carefully before deciding whether to accept the appeal filed against the provincial school office and the Ministry of Education and Merit. Or reject it.

According to the lawyers, the teacher would not have been granted the twenty days required by law after having received the notification of the provision to produce evidence in his defense. But it is on the foundation of the facts and therefore on the total absence of probative material that the lawyers mainly focus. According to the lawyers, the disputes raised would be generic and devoid of evidence due to the lack of presence of witnesses. But only the result of what three parents would have declared to the head teacher of the Institute on the basis of episodes told by some small children. The appeal also underlines that there would be no type of meeting on the part of teachers on the allegations made .
