Exercise caution when driving for icing on the roads
A notice of adverse weather conditions was issued by the decentralized functional center of Civil Protection with regard to Sardinia.
Starting from 20 this evening and up to 8 tomorrow morning in the island there will be a general decrease in minimum temperatures with frosts that may occur mainly in the hills and mountains and in the valley floors.
It is also possible the formation of ice on the road surface.
The invitation is therefore to pay the “utmost caution by limiting car journeys to indispensable cases only, paying attention to the road surface; drive with particular caution as it is possible for ice to form on the roads "and" do not use two-wheeled means of transport ".
