Another day marked by the mistral in Sardinia, with strong gusts that continue to create inconveniences also for maritime connections. The strong wind and consequently the sea storms prevented the Moby Vinci ferry, coming from the port of Genoa, from docking at the Porto Torres port this morning.

Once again the ship was diverted to the port of Olbia. Adverse weather and sea conditions prevented safe docking.

For tomorrow the wind should not be strong, between 60 and 70 kilometers per hour. The highest peaks last night, in the north of the island, with sea force 5 or 6 and waves even over four meters high.

On the afternoon of Monday 12 February the mistral will descend with the weather and sea conditions improving which should favor the resumption of connections with the Turritan seaport.
