Spouses killed in Cagliari, bank accounts searched. The eldest son is the offended party
The work of the Prosecutor's Office continues. The Gulisano's youngest son, Claudio, remains in prison. At the moment, premeditation is not contested

Investigations continue into the death of Luigi Gulisano, 79, and his wife Marisa Dessì, 82, the couple found lifeless last December in their home on Via Ghibli in Cagliari.
The Prosecutor's Office is proceeding for double voluntary homicide , at the moment without however accusing the couple's youngest son, Claudio , 44 years old, arrested in recent days , of premeditation . The Prosecutor's Office, however, has ordered new investigations , starting with the computer and technical ones on the cell phones, to identify the fingerprints in order to understand who used them the last time before the bodies were found. They are also digging into the bank accounts.
As for Claudio's older brother – Davide – he will be able to appoint his own consultants in his capacity – this is his position in the investigation – as injured party .
