Smartphones purchased and never paid for, two reports of fraud in Decimomannu

A 45 -year-old from Maracalagonis and a 36 -year-old from Sinnai , both known to the police, were reported yesterday in Decimomannu by the carabinieri for aggravated fraud .

The two, in competition with each other, after having concluded an agreement for the purchase of two smartphones with a 19-year-old student and a 43-year-old building contractor, received the goods and never paid for it.
