An investigation is underway in the tourist marina of Portisco on the yacht on which the young skipper from Campania, Giovanni Marchionni, was found dead on August 8th last year.

Tempio Pausania Prosecutor Gregorio Capasso and Public Prosecutor Milena Aucone have entrusted labor inspectors from the Olbia Local Health Authority (Spresal) with the task of verifying the victim's employment status.

Spresal staff are tasked with searching for documentation on board the yacht moored in Portisco and still under seizure.

Technical investigations are still ongoing. The shipowner's lawyer, criminal lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile, is also on board the vessel. The investigations are ongoing.
