Serious accident this morning in Siniscola , where a gas cylinder exploded in a house in via Cadorna , above a body shop .

The building was gutted, with three women injured and one of them in serious condition. All were transferred with the 118 helicopter rescue service to the burn center in Sassari.

The accident occurred around 9.15am.

What triggered the explosion, which then also caused a fire, was the service cylinder for a kitchen and not the gas stove as we learned in the first moments.

The firefighters also intervened on site and put out the flames, as did the Siniscola police .
