Six years after the milk war, the protest of Sardinian shepherds is rising again. In particular those of Nuoro, Ogliastra, Goceano and Baronie , the areas most penalized by the failure to pay reimbursements and contributions .

Resources awaited for months that are bringing thousands of companies to their knees. Yesterday evening a procession of about 200 cars - without tractors - started from two different points: one group from Ottana, the other from Siligo. The two groups met in the Pratosardo area of Nuoro.

The Region and Argea, the paying agency, are in the crosshairs : "A broad dispute - explains one of the leaders, Gianuario Falchi - there are many problems on the table, the main one is this closure of the institutions to listening. They continue to hold discussions with associations and politicians and do not listen to those directly involved".

Falchi accuses politics of lying: "They talk about funds that have arrived, but it's not true because companies are waiting. Everyone is complaining about the same thing, the money isn't arriving and when it does arrive it's done so in dribs and drabs ."
