An illegal landfill to be cleaned up, the owners of the land are innocent, while those responsible can be identified thanks to numerous documents found among the waste.
The metropolitan police of Cagliari, coordinated by commander Maurizio Carcangiu and deputy Roberto Zanda, intervened in an area of via Pitagora, in Selargius, in the industrial zone, which over time had been transformed into a large waste dump without authorization.
The owner and the usufructuary of the land, not involved in the crimes, have undertaken, through a specialized company, to clean up the site.
Numerous documents found: they could lead to the authors of the illegal waste abandonment. The judicial police are investigating to identify them.
