More seals are placed on Magic Beach , the historic beach resort in Alghero which has already found itself at the centre of a long administrative and judicial affair.

The seizure ordered in the last few hours and carried out by the Coast Guard brings the issue of the state concession back to the forefront, a matter already the subject of disputes in recent years. This is not the first time: a similar measure was implemented in 2023 , before the reopening and resumption of activity.

A complex story that reopens today, just before the summer season. But owner Antonello Pinna isn't backing down . He will continue his fight to keep the establishment afloat, a business that has been in his family for generations . A reference to the origins of the beach resort, opened by his grandfather in the 1950s and considered one of the oldest on the Riviera del Corallo. Behind the legal battle, therefore, is not just a bureaucratic issue, but also the weight of a family and entrepreneurial history rooted in the local area .
