Violence erupted on Via Roma in Sassari. In the early afternoon, two Egyptians got into an altercation near the courthouse, and according to preliminary reports, one of them struck the other on the head and then ran away.

State Police and patrol cars are on the scene. Officers are investigating the incident. The Egyptian man suffered a wound to his cheekbone, possibly from a punch.
