Yesterday the episode in the city, which began when a 35-year-old from Sassari, with a clean record, allegedly broke the glass of a car parked in via Nurra, in the Monte Rosello district, stealing the wallet left inside the passenger compartment. With the credit card, the man then made several purchases in a pharmacy, in a tobacconist and in a supermarket. Meanwhile, the car owners have tried to track him down by following the trail of his expenses, and always keeping in touch with the police.

And it was the carabinieri who tracked down the 35-year-old after the last purchase, carrying out a search which revealed the presence of the stolen wallet and card. This morning the very direct in court before the judge Antonio Spanu with the ten-month settlement proposal agreed between the prosecutor Ilaria Achenza and the trusted defender Paolo Spano, a request finally ratified by the same magistrate who suspended the sentence.
