Three years and six months. This is the sentence, imposed yesterday in court in Sassari, against a 55-year-old for sexual assault on a minor. The judge Gian Paolo Piana pronounced the sentence for an affair that allegedly took place in 2022 in the city.

According to the accusation, the man would have insistently groped the pubis and breasts of a 15-year-old despite the fact that she refused the approach, a version reported during the evidentiary hearing by the teenager who, among other things, had immediately told what happened to the parents.

The 55-year-old from Sassari, for whom prosecutor Elena Succu had asked for six years, has however always denied the accusations, declaring himself innocent. The lawyer Patrizia Marcori assisted the civil parties while the man's defense was entrusted to the lawyer Agostinangelo Marras.
