Meanwhile, yesterday, the SUAPE announced its self-cancellation of the zero-day Single Enabling Declaration submitted by the company's managers on June 25, 2025. This measure adds to those already published in June and December by the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities and Construction, following a proposed prohibition measure by the Metropolitan City of Sassari.

The latest document also states that the intervention "is to be considered without a permit," and invites the interested party "to remove any effects of the activity carried out," imposing "an absolute ban on atmospheric emissions."
