Gyms closed in Sassari after NAS blitz at the beginning of August have been released from sequestration.
The Court of Appeal has accepted the requests of the lawyers of the people involved and revoked the measures ordered a month ago. The Ludus gym and Spartan Fitness, both in Predda Niedda, will therefore be able to reopen after today's decision by the Court formed by the president Giancosimo Mura, with Claudia Sechi and Silvia Masala on the sides .
The investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the prosecutor Ermanno Cattaneo, conducted by the military since December 2023, concerns a series of people who allegedly participated in the illicit trade and administration of anabolics and narcotic drugs intended for bodybuilding athletes and gym-goers.
The investigation then resulted in the execution, by the NAS, of two house arrests and seven residence obligations in August. The lawyers of the two people who manage the gyms are Gabriele Satta, Carlo Ermini, Lorenzo Soro.
