A car caught fire today in Sassari on Via Lago di Baratz in the Latte Dolce neighborhood. A team of firefighters responded this afternoon to put out the flames from the car.

The driver raised the alarm when he saw smoke coming from the cabin. According to initial findings by firefighters, the fire was caused by a short circuit in the vehicle's electrical system. No injuries were reported.
