The Sassari ATP receives the National Award "Industria Felix – L'Italia che compete" (Felix Industry – Italy that Competes) . This recognition, already received in 2023, is given to the best companies in terms of economic, management, and financial performance.
ATP is the only Sardinian company to receive an award in the 6th national edition of the prize, thus entering the 2025 Industria Felix Roll of Honor. Founded by journalist Michele Montemurro and promoted by Industria Felix Magazine in collaboration with Cerved, the award is based on findings from the financial statements of hundreds of thousands of Italian joint-stock companies. The awarded companies are selected using a financial statement algorithm that takes into account objective parameters of management performance and financial reliability, certified by the Cerved Group Score.
The ceremony was held at Palazzo Mezzanotte, in Milan's Piazza Affari. "This recognition," stated ATP SpA President Alessandro Zara, " recognizes the serious, consistent, and responsible work carried out by the company in recent years. Congratulations therefore go to the entire organization and to those who preceded me. To be once again included among the most solid and competitive companies in Italy, and to do so as the only Sardinian company, is a source of great pride. It demonstrates that even a public company can combine quality service, financial stability, and strategic vision, creating value for the region and the community we serve."
For Sassari Mayor Giuseppe Mascia, "ATP's achievement demonstrates that the public sector is also capable of being competitive and operating profitably in the market , while never losing sight of its core mission, which is to ensure excellent services to the community. The growth and improvement of the qualitative and quantitative standards of local public transport, undertaken several years ago, is an incentive to continue along the same path toward building a mobility system commensurate with the Metropolitan City's growth ambitions."
