He threatened to blow himself up with gas canisters . It happened this morning in Sassari on Via Sant'Elisabetta, in the historic center, where a man had barricaded himself in his home.

The joint intervention of the State Police and the Fire Brigade averted the danger. The officers, together with the firefighters, managed to enter the house and remove the gas cylinders.

The 118 ambulance was also on site.
