Celebrations for the wedding of billionaire Brendan Blumer and Olbia-based manager Salvatore Spano kick off tomorrow evening at a restaurant in Porto Cervo. Meanwhile, preparations are underway in San Pantaleo. A party with aperitifs and a musical performance , expected to feature Giorgia, will be held on Saturday in the splendid setting of the town's small square. The night will then continue aboard the Agata, a renovated ferry with a floating stage.

The Municipality of Olbia has granted free patronage to the festival, which will feature many distinguished guests, in recognition of its potential to boost the image of the village, which has already hosted several similar events, and to promote the use of local food and wine products. The square will be used exclusively for the festival on Saturday, but the town will not be under lockdown, as San Pantaleo officials are keen to point out.

Only on Saturday, September 5th, some streets will be closed to traffic. "It's true that some businesses will be closed, but it's a very limited number . In particular, only a few of the businesses directly overlooking the square will remain closed on Friday, due to the organization of the event," the operators explain. "All other businesses, especially those outside the affected area, will be open and operating as usual. On the other days, San Pantaleo will continue to function and operate as usual ."
