San Gavino Monreale, driving the Porsche drunk and without a license: reported

He drove drunk and also without a license.

In Villacidro, at the end of a road traffic check, the carabinieri of the local company Radiomobile denounced a 52-year-old from Guspini for the refusal to undergo the breathalyser test and for driving with a suspended driving license.

The man, a trader with previous charges against him, was stopped at a checkpoint in via Villacidro in San Gavino Monreale, while he was driving a Porsche Cayman. But he didn't have a driver's license: it had been suspended for a year some time ago.

Not happy, the 52-year-old also refused to comply with the request to be subjected to the examination of the breathalyser, which by law corresponds to positivity.

Hence the complaint for drunk driving to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari. As for driving with a suspended license, the Prefecture of Cagliari will be informed which will probably extend the suspension times.
