Ragnedda's version is shaky: Was Cinzia Pinna arrested during the murder?
The results of the investigators' analysis of the dynamics of the Conca Entosa crime would exclude an attempted assault before the gunshots.Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
The knife held to her mouth. The reaction to alleged threatening behavior. Then, through her father, the attempt to emphasize a more or less legitimate defense. Investigators are not convinced by Emanuele Ragnedda's statements as to why, on the night of September 11th, he fired three gunshots at Cinzia Pinna, killing her inside her farmhouse in Conca Entosa, in the countryside between Arzachena and Palau .
The versions provided during questioning, and elsewhere, are not supported by the findings of the investigations carried out at the crime scene and, above all, by those of the autopsy performed on the victim's body.
Examinations revealed that all the bullets struck Cinzia Pinna in the face, with a precision that would be inconsistent with a scene of agitation. The hypothesis, still to be verified, is that the woman from Castelsardo was still while she was killed. For this reason, further investigations will be carried out.
Another hearing has been scheduled for this week that could provide useful information to reconstruct the crime and what happened in the hours and days that followed: the questioning of Luca Franciosi, the twenty-six-year-old Lombard man implicated by Ragnedda as an accomplice in the concealment of Cinzia Pinna's body and personal effects, has been scheduled . The young man is accused of aiding and abetting, along with Rosa Maria Elvo, a friend of Ragnedda's, and has long requested to be interviewed by investigators.
