In the investigation documents it is written without mincing words, at the basis of a file opened by the Tempio Prosecutor's Office there is an alleged "habitual debt collection activity with violent and threatening methods" .
An underground reality which in Olbia would be entrusted to subjects well known to the police, yet free to act violently, undisturbed. The phenomenon is still to be reconstructed, but, in the meantime, a 50-year-old from Olbia, Gianluca Degortes, known as Ciki, has been arrested on charges of extortion .
The man, a bodybuilder, allegedly repeatedly threatened a businessman to force him to pay 4 thousand euros owed to another person. Degortes would eventually get a deposit of 500 euros. The victim was allegedly threatened on the phone and with messages: " If you don't pay we will stand in front of your house and you will get slapped every day ."
Another man, a 43-year-old from Nuoro, was reported . Degortes, defended by the lawyer Antonello Desini, will be heard by the Tempio investigating judge tomorrow.
