About eighty young people were involved yesterday afternoon in the mega brawl at the “Le Vele & Millennium” shopping center in Quartucciu . The young people, all minors, fought heatedly, shouting, insulting, and pushing. The intervention of the carabinieri prevented the situation from escalating.

According to initial reports, the fight arose from trivial reasons related to compliments addressed to a girl . The discussion between some young people soon escalated into a heated confrontation between two opposing groups, attracting the attention of customers and workers of the shopping center, who watched the scene with concern.

The arrival of patrols dispersed the kids, but some tried to reunite inside the facility . To avoid further disorder, entrances were temporarily filtered, allowing access only to adults and families.
