Brutal attack in Quartu yesterday evening against Rita Murgioni , president of the city council.
Murgioni was returning home when she was attacked by a Senegalese also suffering injuries for which it was necessary to resort to medical care in the emergency room.
The man, a guest of a community in Quartu and who had already suffered a Tso in the past, was stopped by the carabinieri in via Garibaldi . At the sight of the military there would have been a reaction from the non-EU citizen with a carabiniere who was forced to use the taser gun, thus blocking the young man, who was then reported on the loose.
The investigations by the Carabinieri of Quartu are now going on to clarify the facts, even though the president of the municipal council of Quartu Rita Murgioni has not yet filed a complaint with the police.
A story that has nothing to do with politics given the role of women in the civic assembly.
